Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie Banana Bread

(Made with GoNanas Mix – Dairy-Free + Customizable)

Need a chocolate fix with less effort and no gluten? This fudge brownie banana bread is insanely moist, loaded with rich cocoa flavor, and comes together with just a few pantry staples and a bag of GoNanas gluten-free mix. It’s free from dairy, gluten, nuts, and refined sugar (if you use maple syrup)—and still tastes like dessert.

Whether you’re making a cozy breakfast or a sweet snack, this loaf hits every note: easy, gooey, chocolatey perfection.

🍌 Ingredients

  • 1 packet GoNanas Fudge Brownie Banana Bread Mix
  • 3 small ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sub agave or honey)
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (or sub canola oil or butter)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free or regular chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or Nutella swirl
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt on top

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Stir in maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  4. Mix in the GoNanas dry mix: Add the full contents of the brownie banana bread mix and stir until there’s no dry powder.
  5. Fold in extras, if using. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool, slice, and enjoy! Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.

💡 Make It Your Own

  • For muffins: Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 22–25 minutes.
  • Sweeten it up: Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a sprinkle of powdered sugar after baking.
  • Meal prep win: Store slices in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.
